By purchasing from Reckless Media, you agree to the following:

1: Payment:
    1-1: You are responsible for paying the full amount as listed on the website or confirmed via email. All receipts and correspondence are retained for business purposes.

    1-2:  Shipping costs are separate from the artwork/ item price and are the customer's responsibility.

2: Installment Orders (Pieces $375+ ONLY):
    2-1: 50% deposit is due upon order placement including shipping costs, (for materials and labor). Remaining 50% is due on shipment day.

    2-2: Reckless Media will not ship item purchased until second payment is confirmed. 

    2-3: If second payment is not received within 3 days of the item's completion date, the deposit is forfeited and the piece will be listed on our website for sale at full price. 

3: Delivery & Damage Claims:
    3-1: All orders allow minimum 7 days from shipment day for arrival at your shipping address.

    3-2: Damage claims must be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery

    3-3: Without photographic evidence within this timeframe, we cannot process replacements or refunds.

    3-4: Refund will not be processed until item is shipped back due to damages.

    3-5:  We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping by carrier.

4: Returns & Refunds:
    4-1:  No refunds are issued after items have shipped.

    4-2:  Replacement or partial refund is available for verifiable damage reported within 24 hours of delivery, ONLY after item is shipped back to Reckless Medias return address.
